The short version
- LARGO connects you with local stores and riders. Stores prepare your order; riders deliver it.
- You see the full price, delivery fee and any tip before you place an order.
- You can cancel until the store accepts your order.
- Tips go 100% to your rider.
- If something goes wrong, tell us within 24 hours and we will help.
These terms are an agreement between you and LARGO PHILIPPINES (business registration in progress) ("LARGO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the LARGO apps or largo.ph, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use LARGO.
1. About LARGO
LARGO is an online platform in Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, and nearby areas. Customers order food and groceries from independent partner stores, and independent riders deliver them. The store that sells you the items is responsible for preparing them; LARGO runs the app, takes the order, calculates fees and helps when something goes wrong.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use LARGO with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate details, especially your name, mobile number and delivery address, so stores and riders can reach you.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete my account).
3. Ordering
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from the store. The order is confirmed when the store accepts it.
- If the store does not respond within a few minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.
- Stores may reject an order, for example if an item has run out.
- Check your order, address and notes before you tap Looks good. After you place it, you have a few seconds to tap Modify.
4. Prices, fees and tips
- Item prices are set by each store and shown in the app. LARGO's system confirms the final price when you place the order.
- Delivery fee: based on distance from the store to your address, shown before you order. Pick-up orders have no delivery fee.
- Minimum order: some stores set a minimum amount, shown on the store page.
- Tips are optional. Riders receive 100% of the tip. Tips are only for delivery orders.
- The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
5. Paying
For cash orders, pay the rider on delivery, or pay at the store counter for pick-up. Please prepare the exact amount if you can. Online payment methods, when available, are handled by a licensed payment provider under its own terms.
6. Delivery and pick-up
- Delivery times in the app are estimates. Weather, traffic and busy hours can cause delays.
- Be reachable by phone and available at your address. If the rider cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, LARGO may cancel the order, and repeated missed deliveries may lead to your account being suspended.
- For pick-up orders, show your order number at the store counter. Please collect your order within a reasonable time after it is ready.
7. Cancelling
- You can cancel an order in the app until the store accepts it, at no cost. In some cities, LARGO may allow cancelling until the rider picks it up; the app shows whether you can cancel.
- After the store has accepted your order, you cannot cancel it in the app. Contact us if there is a serious problem.
- LARGO may cancel an order to prevent fraud, if a store closes unexpectedly, or if no rider is available.
8. Problems and refunds
If an item is missing, wrong or spoiled, or if your order never arrives, email us within 24 hours with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will check with the store and rider and, where the problem is confirmed, arrange a replacement, a refund for the affected items, or another fair solution. Refunds for cash orders are made through an agreed method such as GCash.
9. Food and products
- Stores are responsible for the quality, safety, labelling and legality of what they sell, including their business and food permits.
- If you have allergies, check with the store before ordering. LARGO cannot guarantee that items are free from allergens.
- Items that require a minimum age by law, such as alcohol or tobacco, may only be sold to adults, and the rider or store may ask for a valid ID.
- Illegal items may not be sold or ordered through LARGO.
10. Respect and fair use
Treat stores, riders, customers and LARGO staff with respect. Do not harass anyone, place fake orders, give false addresses, post abusive ratings or comments, or try to break or misuse the apps. Ratings should be honest and about your order.
11. Partner stores
If you sell on LARGO, you also agree that:
- your store details, menu, prices, photos and opening hours are accurate and kept up to date;
- you hold the business and food permits your products require;
- you accept or reject new orders promptly and prepare them carefully and hygienically;
- LARGO deducts its agreed commission on food sales, shown in the Store app for each order;
- you own, or have permission to use, the photos and text you upload, and you allow LARGO to show them in its apps and promotions for your store;
- you use customers' details only to prepare and hand over their orders.
12. Riders
If you deliver with LARGO, you also agree that:
- you hold a valid driver's license and vehicle registration where required, and follow traffic laws and safety rules;
- you choose when to go online and which deliveries to accept;
- you handle orders with care and hand cash collected from customers over as LARGO instructs;
- your earnings are your share of the delivery fee plus 100% of tips, as shown in the Rider app;
- you use customers' details only to complete their delivery.
13. Our responsibility
We work to keep LARGO running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, LARGO is not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by stores, riders, payment providers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that protect consumers.
14. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts others at risk. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LARGO grows. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using LARGO after that, the new terms apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will try to settle any disagreement with you directly first.
